Fettuccini with salmon

Fettuccini with salmon in a creamy sauce is a delicate pasta that you and your significant other will love. Make it a romantic evening. I chose fettuccini pasta for this dish (Fettuccine is translated from the Italian ribbon), because long ribbons of fettuccini are cooked very quickly and it is beautiful and appetizing with pieces of fish and spinach, stewed in a delicate cream sauce, and the addition of onions makes this pasta more spicy.

Ingredients:
Salmon – fillet 400 grams
Fettuccini pasta – 0,5 kg
Onions – 1 medium onion
Spinach – 1 bundle (100 grams)
Thyme – a couple of sprigs
22% cream – 120 ml (0.5 cup)
Olive oil – 50 ml
Black pepper – Freshly ground to taste
Hard cheese – 100 grams

Fettuccini pasta – look like nests.
1 Take a salmon steak.
2 Cut it into small slices.
3 Next, finely dice the onion.
4 Fry the onion, salmon and spinach in a pan.
5 Lightly salt and pepper.
6 Pour in cream and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes over low heat. The creamy pasta sauce is ready.
7 Toss fettuccini nests in boiling water, and cook for 2 minutes until al dente (from Italian for al dente)
8 Rinse the pasta in a colander, it is not necessary to rinse it if you eat the dish immediately.
9 Add the boiled fettuccini to the creamy sauce with the fish and spinach. Stir and voila.
10 Pasta with salmon in cream sauce is ready.
11 Place the pasta in a nice deep bowl and sprinkle with grated hard aged cheese.
