Ingredients:
Pikeperch caviar – from 2 fish (200 grams)
Onions – 1 medium onion
Cream 22% – 0,1 l
Cheese – 100 grams
Parsley – 3 sprigs
Ground black pepper – To taste
table salt – To taste

How to roast pikeperch caviar
There are no special secrets for frying pikeperch caviar in the pan. There is no need to peel from the film of the crust! The caviar stays well in these bags and does not spill out on the frying pan. 3 Fry the roasted roasted balls until golden brown. Add a bit of garlic, chopped into a plate, for flavor.
4 Pour cream over the caviar and onions and simmer over low heat for 5 minutes.
5 Add the chopped parsley and stir.

7 Sprinkle with cheese and bake in an oven at 180 to 200 degrees for about 15 minutes.
